The Melbourne based multi-instrumentalist, songwriter and producer creates otherworldly, new-jazz influenced beats whilst keeping the dance floor pulsing with visionary and edgy production. With an undercurrent of feminism, cultural curiosity and a political mindset, Shimada curates progressive spaces that transcend musicianship through her uniquely raw dance-floor-activism.
